Dayton Hall is a plantation in the South Carolina.
1.)How did slavery affect the social (people) and economic (money) development of the South?
- Some of the people got rich and the other got poor so then some of the rich people decided to move out because then did not want to be there anymore.
2.)How did industry (business), technology,and landscape (rivers, buildings) affect human actions?
- Without the slavery or the slaves they wouldn’t have been able to build the mansion of Charles Drayton because the slaves were the ones that created that mansion for him.
